Refund, Returns and Exchanges
Each product is created to order so please ensure that you order the correct size via the sizing guide on each product. We work extremely hard on ensuring that all of our products follow the same sizing guide, however some may differ. If you're unsure about how any of the products fit, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will guide you with your selection. For these reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds.
Although we resource all of our materials from top suppliers and industry experts, mistakes can happen; We're only human after all! If you receive any faulty goods, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and a member of our after sales team will work their hardest to rectify any problems.
Handling & Shipping:
It currently takes us around 3-5 business days to create and process your order before shipping. To keep costs down on our products, we send all items via economy and provide a tracking number once shipped.
We offer an international flat rate priority delivery cost of £3.99 on all orders.
Europe: 3-5 business days
North America: 3-5 business days
Oceania: 8-12 business days

After your order has been fulfilled by our team, we will send you a tracking number. If you do not receive this then please contact us and we will provide you with one where possible.
Although rare, shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees. Joshua Lloyd does not take responsible for possible fees. If this does happen to you then please contact us so we can work with your local authorities for future shipments.
